Your choice of two entrees and two side dishes. Includes a garden fresh salad, dinner rolls, and all the appropriate sauces and dressings. Served on artfully decorated buffet line with your choice of linen colors. A separate Beverage Table with a three tier Punch Fountain and Soft Drinks.
Two hour food service time with one uniformed buffet attendant and one table attendant per 50 guests, heavy fancy plastic plates, cups, and flatware.
Silver Package
A Hors D’Oeuvres Reception $20 per person

An artfully decorated food table with your choice of linen color. A Beverage table with a three-tier punch fountain and soft drinks. Heavy fancy plastic plates, tumblers and flatware. Two-hour food service time with a uniformed attendant (one attendant for each 50 guests). Your choice of three Hors D’Oeuvres from the list below (appropriate sauces and dips are included).

Bar Set Up
There is a minimum order of 25 people.
$4 up-charge for additional meat entrees, and a $3 up-charge for additional sides. For Vegetarians, there is a $3 up-charge, and a $4 up-charge for Vegans from the entrée price. Seafood entrées are market price.
